Please fill out this form in its entirety to request space and/or equipment at the Center for Social Justice Education & LGBT Communities. After submission, an SJE representative will follow up with you.
Please note the following regarding your request:
1. Space Reservation Form must be submitted at least 1 week before event/meeting.
2. Please allow up to 4 business days for your request to be reviewed after submission.
3. Requests for reservation do not guarantee availability.
4. Cancellations must be communicated via email (sje@echo.rutgers.edu) at least 24 hours before event/meeting.
5. Space reservations are free of charge for Rutgers-affiliated organizations & departments for meetings and events. Costs may be assessed for damages or failure to follow established rules and guidelines.
6. Per University policy, Non-Rutgers affiliated groups are not permitted to reserve space at SJE. Non-Rutgers affiliated groups are encouraged to inquire with the Student Centers for on-campus space. Visit

7. Reservations for meetings/events that occur during Reading Days, Finals, and Winter or Summer Breaks will not be approved without prior conversation with SJE staff.
SJE Operating Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9 am - 8 pm. These hours are subject to change.
Space requests are welcomed outside of operating hours upon approval.
