By filling out the the form below you are officially entering the escape room challenge! If you complete the challenge you will be entered into a raffle to win an Office of Career Exploration and Success swag bag!

The winner of the Office of Career Exploration and Success swag bag will be notified on by May 1, 2021 via email. Eligible participants must provide valid contact information.
