GFP Experiments

The course is a part of the Summer Academy at Rutgers. In the course, we explore recombinant protein expression in E.coli and purification of the expressed protein working with Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP). Students showcase their GFP project explorations in science posters presenting experimental methodology and results in creative ways.
