Scheduling Subscriptions

Dashboards and views may be sent in system-generated emails at a selected frequency.

These instructions are also available as a printable PDF.

1.  From the Watch menu, select Subscriptions.
   
   
    
2.  Select This View to include one dashboard or Entire Workbook to include all dashboards in the Workbook. 
   
   
   
   
3.  Select an output format. 
   
   
   
   
4.  Select an orientation. For most dashboards, Landscape is the recommended selection.
   
   
   
   
5.  Select a frequency. The subscription may be sent at regular intervals or only when the data refreshes.
   
   
   
   
6.  If applicable, select a schedule option. Keep in mind that the scheduled time may occur prior to the data refresh. 
   
   
   
   
7.  Click Schedule. System-generated emails will be sent in accordance with Subscription selections.
   
   

Adjusting Subscriptions

Scheduled subscriptions may be adjusted or deleted.

1.  Navigate to the appropriate Workbook. Open the Subscriptions tab.
   
   
   
   
2.  From the More Actions menu, the subscription may be adjusted. To delete the Subscription, select Unsubscribe…
