Exporting dashboards to image files

Dashboards may be exported as image files.

Exporting dashboards to Crosstab files is not advised due to potential inaccuracy of the exported data.

These instructions are also available as a printable PDF.

1.  From the Download menu, select Image.
    
   
   
   
2.  The image will be downloaded as a PNG file.

Dashboards may be exported as PDF files.

2.  Select an orientation. For most dashboards, Landscape is the recommended selection. 
   
   
   
   
3.  Click Download.
   
   
   
   
4.  The view or workbook will be downloaded as a PDF file.
