Thank you for your interest in the DPE course. There is limited availability in this course. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee you a spot in the class as you are not registered for the course unless you officially sign up with your Special Permission Number (SPN) through WebReg. Each submission will be time stamped and will be based on availability on a first come first serve basis.

The class will be held on College Ave Campus on Tuesdays 10:20AM to 1:20PM.

You will receive a SPN once you fill out this form and confirm your interest. If you do not get a SPN you will be placed on our wait list and if someone decides to not take the course we will offer it to the next person on the list.
